Have you seen Disney’s Sleeping Beauty Castle? Well, the real one is in Germany! We toured the Neuschwanstein Castle. Neuschwanstein was the inspiration for Disney’s Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Look at the beauty of this beast!

…wait, a close up please!

The most beautiful castle I have EVER seen!

…and the mountains in the area were beautiful, mostly from a distance though.

This town is called Bavaria and it was rich in color as Autumn was coming to an end. To get to the castle you have to follow a trail. It’s not an intense hike or anything, but it is a ways to go. I had to make the walk fun, so enjoy me fooling around… I also saw a mini water fall along the way!

We also came across a sweeping landscape of mountains. The mountains were really calling! I’m glad we answered..

We also saw another castle which in my opinion was not as beautiful as the Neuschwanstein castle. It was still an impressive sight.

We got to go inside the castle and as always–they tell you YOU CAN’T TAKE PICTURES! ..but why? I came far away. Anyways… On the inside:

After we left, we decided to roam the area. The town was very beautiful and reminded me a lot of what you see on television.

Lastly, we decided to grab a pretzel and get back on the train headed to Munich.
